5G Ordinance

Hoplite will work with the governing council, personnel and other stakeholders to draft a customized 5G wireless ordinance that serves the municipality and provides for safety and orderly deployment of 5G technology.

  1. Ordinance will take into account municipal roles and responsibilities in regard to land use and management.

  2. Ordinance will be compliant with applicable county, state and federal laws and regulations.

  3. This 5G ordinance will form the capstone for the remaining Hoplite services.
